Refund Policy
Free trial first
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of the self-service modules with no card required, so you can try Mise before paying anything.
Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep your modules until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund partial billing periods after they have started.
When we will refund
- You were charged in error, or charged twice for the same period.
- You were charged after you cancelled, provided you cancelled before the renewal date.
- A technical fault on our side stopped the paid modules from working for a substantial part of the period and we could not fix it.
Write to support@onepbdc.com within 30 days of the charge with your account email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, including the taxes charged on that payment, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we are quick to fix genuine mistakes. Disputed payments may pause the associated modules while the dispute is open.
